Advanced Boarding Lift Equipment

Making the Advanced Boarding Lift we covered 3 important goals:
1. and foremost: passengers with reduced mobility were able to be brought on board and/or off board of an aircraft, without having to be carried by two persons.
This is much more humane than before.
2. employees of handling agents can use the Advanced Boarding Lift without having to carry heavier weights, resulting in many less (back)injuries and thus better for themselves, following health and safety regulations of government agencies and eventually their employer.
3. using the passengers own wheelchair all the way to the cabin of the jetbridge or ambulift device. Thereafter with the Advanced Boarding Lift in the aircraft, thus saving the passenger from having to be transferred to a boarding wheelchair.
